It is a great ally for deglazing a pan of sautéed langoustines or a shrimp fricassee. Don't hesitate to use it when preparing marinades, for sea bream tartare, on sushi or carpaccio,

Surprise your guests with a festive presentation. Garnish your plates with drizzles of fresh passion fruit vinegar, then serve your pan-fried scallops. For extra flavor, drizzle a few drops of hazelnut oil over them.
