This authentic, traditional Modena balsamic vinegar is made from grape musts from the Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana, and Montuni grape varieties, 50% of which is cooked. It is left to rest for 5 years and then aged in white oak, cherry, and juniper barrels for another 5 years. It is a rare and precious elixir!
