A blend of 5 rums from Trinidad (molasses), Guyana (molasses), Mauritius (agricultural type), Martinique (agricultural) and Martinique Grand arôme (molasses). The rums are selected by Guillaume FERRONI and blended at Château des Creissauds, in Provence. The blend is then aged in peated Islay whisky casks. A unique and explosive rum! In the 17th century, when they were not at sea, semi-sedentary pirates (called buccaneers) hunted and smoked (smoked) their food (meat and fish) in order to preserve it.
