Rum from Guyana

Volume 70 cl. Alcohol content 57% vol.

Pure cane juice rum 57%, distilled in French Guiana.
Redistillation carried out in Provence by Maison Ferroni.

Spirituous beverage obtained exclusively by alcoholic fermentation and distillation of either molasses or syrups from the production of cane sugar, or from the sugar cane juice itself.

Minimum alcoholic strength by volume = 37.5%. Must not be flavored.

The cut made by the distiller brings out a fruity heart of heat with surprising notes reminiscent of raspberry brandy.
