Guillaume Ferroni's signature. Inspired by the 19th century Marseille style. Blend of 3 rums from Trinidad (molasses), Guyana (molasses), and Mauritius (agricultural type). The rums are selected by Guillaume Ferroni from the original distilleries. They are then imported and blended at Château des Creissauds. They are aged for 12 months in Cognac barrels and then for an additional 6 months in VDN Rasteau barrels, hence the slightly pinkish color specific to Ferroni Ambre.
