The Red variety comes from the Aglandau variety, sourced from the Alpes de Haute Provence. Ripe, late-season fruits were used to create this mild oil with candied fruit aromas. It can be used as a seasoning or in cooking. It is perfect with lentils, rice, or curly lettuce. It can also be used as a base for an excellent vinaigrette.
