A brand new exclusive edition of Juillet gin…
 In this recipe, Guillaume FERRONI used the same aromatic bouquet as the July Gin: in addition to a bouquet of classic herbs, among which the fresh notes were highlighted.
 The still also receives a "basket" of fresh fruits from Provence (apricot, white peach) typical of the month of July. But this time, he has chosen to macerate this same bouquet in a completely wacky alcoholic base... Samples, already opened bottles, experiments, bottles from his personal cellar... No less than 142 different alcohols (Cognac, Armagnac, Elixir du Suédois, vermouth, génépi, rosé wine, sparkling wine, liqueurs, etc.)
