JUILLET gin is distilled in a very small still, dating back to the 1800s.
It is made from organic French wheat alcohol.
The “botanicals” are macerated directly in the still (the so-called “London Gin” method).
The recipe is inspired and adapted from an old recipe taken from the collection of old works by Guillaume FERRONI.
In addition to a bouquet of classic aromatics, among which the fresh notes have been highlighted, the still also receives a "basket" of fresh fruits from Provence (apricot and white peach) typical of the month of July.
